Sofiia Porushchenko, a rising star from the Jennifer Colino Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, was crowned Spain’s National Base Individual Champion in the Alevín 2015 category on April 15 at the championships held in Oviedo, Asturias.
Delivering a stunning hoop routine, Sofiia impressed judges and spectators alike with her precision, elegance and confidence on the floor, earning a standing ovation for her performance.
Remarkably, the competition marked her debut at this level, yet she displayed exceptional composure and competitive maturity beyond her years to secure the national title.
Her club praised her dedication, consistency and commitment, as well as the efforts of the coaching team behind her success. The victory marks a major milestone, confirming Sofiia as one of Spain’s most promising young rhythmic gymnasts.
