• The complex is located in the centre of the city of Elche, in front of the El Palmeral municipal park
  • The centre has 150 beds, of which 80% are single rooms.

The Casaverde Group has opened a new nursing home in Elche centre, in front of the El Palmeral municipal park, with an availability of 150 beds.

The new residence will help meet the growing need for care facilities for dependent elderly people in the province of Alicante, and specifically in the city of Elche, which with a population of more than 230,000 inhabitants, it is the second largest city in the province and the third in the Valencian autonomous community. The centre is perfectly connected by public transport.

The facilities have medical and nursing assistance 24 hours a day and multidisciplinary treatments carried out by a team made up of psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers, nursing assistants, sociocultural animation staff and occupational therapists. All of them working close to people and their environment seeking their highest quality of life.

The centre’s 150 beds are distributed over a ground floor and 4 floors, with more than 80% of individual places. The entire building is designed for the well-being of the resident, with large areas, great light, and the roof is equipped with a large garden terrace for the enjoyment of its residents.

With this new nursing home, the Casaverde Group strengthens and consolidates its expansion policy as one of the leading companies in neurological rehabilitation, as well as in the care and well-being of people in a situation of dependency in Spain.

General director, Alberto Giménez Ramón-Borja, said, “The Casaverde Group works under 4 clearly differentiated lines: nursing homes, neurological rehabilitation hospitals, homes for functional diversity and home care. The group, throughout its long history, has been developing and perfecting the Casaverde Method, based on high-level evaluation protocols and rehabilitative procedures, focused on the person and their quality of life.”

In Spain, the group operates 21 service delivery centres, in which more than 880 staff care for more than 1,900 users, including residents and patients, with cutting-edge protocols and procedures.
