Three tourists have been raped on the same day in Magaluf, one of which was a 21 year old British Woman
The three tourists all reported sexual assaults the first of which was committed on Friday, the other two both taking place during the early hours of Sunday morning in S’Arenal and Magaluf .
The three victims are a German lady aged 30 years, a Swedish girl of 20 and a 21 year old English girl, who were attended the Son Espases hospital where they were seen by forensic doctors.
The National Police and the Civil Guard have launched a joint investigation
The two Sunday morning attacks occurred just one hour apart, between seven thirty and nine o’clock with both victims reporting that they had been forced to have sex with strangers.
One of the victims explained that she had woken up on the beach with her dress unbuttoned. Her underwear was bloodstained and she was without her bag and her purse. The young woman said that she was in a local leisure centre, talking to a boy she met there, and that she did not remember leaving the establishment.
It was only 4 weeks agao that a 19-year-old Scottish girl reported being raped to police by three men on a beach near Magaluf’s party strip, Punta Ballena.
She was able to provide officers with a photograph of one of the three men but she later withdrew the accusation, refusing to provide a formal statement and saying that she did not want to take the matter any further.
And in Puerto Banus, the police are still looking for a taxi driver accused of raping another British holidaymaker last month who said that the driver forced himself on her after taking her to wasteland instead of to her hotel.
