A 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing girls he connected with through social networks.

The man from Madrid was arrested by the National Police after they raided his home and confiscated computers, hard disks, memory cards, and cameras. He offered to give the girls, all aged between 16 and 25, a free professional photograph portfolio.

In July 2016, one of the girls reported the man to the police. She told them that he had contacted her through a social network site and had offered her a free photo shoot at her home. When he was there he insisted that she pose without clothing and began to sexually abuse her by touching her intimate parts.

Another six complaints were made against the man and investigators suspect that there may be more victims who have not come forward for fear of revenge attacks or because they agreed to the photo shoots when they were minors and without the consent of their parents.
