The Guardia Civil has
seized 2,345 kilos of hashish after intercepting an inflatable boat on the coast of Gran Canaria. The two crew members – aged 36 and 26 – have been arrested for a crime against public health.
The police device, in which agents from the Organic Unit of the Judicial Police and the Provincial Maritime Service of the Guardia Civil in Las Palmas have participated, has been deployed by land and sea.

The convening parties stressed in a press conference that “more than 20,000 Extremaduran families who live, directly or indirectly, from tobacco cultivation cannot be abandoned to their fate.” Furthermore, it is a sector that helps maintain life in rural areas by developing in an area without any other type of alternative.
