TORREVIEJA, May 19, 2025 — Antonio Quesada, Councillor for Culture and Vice President of the Municipal Institute of Culture “Joaquín Chapaprieta,” has announced that the enrollment campaign for the 2025/2026 academic year in Torrevieja’s Municipal Cultural Schools will begin on June 2.

This year, the available programs include courses in dance, painting, theatre, tai chi, oriental dance, photography, and traditional salt craftsmanship.

The enrollment process will begin with a registration period running from June 2 to June 15. Following that, there will be a window for submitting appeals from June 16 to June 19. The final list of admitted students will be published on June 27, both at the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Center and on the electronic notice board of the Municipal Institute of Culture.

Admitted students will be notified starting the week of June 27 to collect their payment instructions. They will then have one month to complete the payment, either online via the city’s official website or through standard banking methods.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the electronic portal of the Municipal Institute of Culture “Joaquín Chapaprieta.” If all available spots are not filled during this initial phase, an extraordinary enrollment period will be opened in September.

The standard enrollment fee is set at 50 euros per year, except for the Municipal Dance School, where the fee depends on the student’s level.
