A dead dolphin has been washed ashore in Torrevieja amidst the storms that hit the area in the last three days.
Cronicas Naturales de Torrevieja (The Friends of Natural Chronicles of Torrevieja) say that the dolphin, is a species that lives far from the coast – and rare to see.
“The body of the dead dolphin has markings – that could have been caused by bigger, Bottlenose dolphins,” said a spokesperson.
