TRAINER John Gosden will saddle Enable in the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown in July – ahead of a tilt at the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. The odds on various betting websites look favourable for this beautiful horse.

“John Gosden feels that Royal Ascot will come too soon and she will be aimed at the Eclipse Stakes on July 6, with the main target remaining to be the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe,” said Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager to Enable’s owner-breeder Khalid Abdullah.

Five year old Enable is yet to make her 2019 seasonal debut – after setbacks on the Newmarket gallops.

Enable sidestepped the Coronation Cup at Epsom (May 31) a race won by Anapurna, ridden by Frankie Dettori – Enable’s jockey.

Enable, Gosden’s dual Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe heroine, principle aim is to be the first horse in history to win Europe’s premier middle-distance contest three times.
