The National Police have released an updated list of the ten most dangerous fugitives in Spain—individuals accused or convicted of murder, child sexual abuse, and large-scale drug trafficking who continue to evade justice. Their photographs, along with AI-generated approximations of how they may look today, are being circulated once again in hopes that public cooperation will help bring them into custody.

After a year in which officers apprehended 460 fugitives both within and beyond Spain’s borders, investigators are activating all available resources to track down those still at large. All ten are considered extremely dangerous.

One of them, Martiño Ramos Soto, was recently located in Havana, Cuba, according to police sources. Ramos Soto—a former member of Orense en Común and En Marea—fled Spain in July after the Supreme Court confirmed a 13-year prison sentence for the “sadistic” rape of a 12-year-old pupil at the school where he taught music. El Español reports that he may be living under the name “Martín Soto” and working as a photographer. Although he has not been detained, Spanish authorities have asked Cuba—despite the absence of an extradition treaty—to increase surveillance to prevent him from leaving the country.

The remaining nine fugitives are listed below:

Jesús Manuel Hereida – ‘El Pantoja’

A 40-year-old from Algeciras (Cádiz), he is wanted for crimes against public health and for violating a court sentence. Considered one of Spain’s most significant drug traffickers, he leads the clan known as Los Pantoja. Closely associated with the drug networks in the Campo de Gibraltar, he is believed to have been a protégé of Abdellah El Haj, the so-called “Messi of Hashish.” He is described as obese, 1.80 m tall, with dark skin, brown eyes, and dark receding hair.

Daniel Vázquez Patiño

A 46-year-old from A Coruña, he is sought for the sexual abuse and assault of a 10-year-old girl. Physical identifiers include obesity, receding brown hair, a height of 1.70 m, fair skin, and brown eyes.

Juan Herrera Guerrero

A 53-year-old from Puente Genil (Córdoba), he is wanted for extradition on charges of sexual abuse and assault of minors. He is 1.73 m tall, with an athletic build, fair skin, brown eyes, and brown hair, and may wear glasses.

Juan Miguel García Santos

A 51-year-old native of Vilanova de Arousa (Pontevedra), he is sought for his involvement in drug trafficking. Authorities describe him as a key figure in a Galician narcotics network, allegedly responsible for importing cocaine from Ecuador hidden in banana shipments. He is obese, with black hair, fair skin, and black eyes.

Manuel Rodríguez López

A 63-year-old from Barcelona, Rodríguez López faces multiple outstanding warrants, including robbery with violence, illegal possession of firearms, assault, and parole violation. He is 1.75 m tall, slim, with gray hair, fair skin, and brown eyes.

José María Pavón Pereira

A 52-year-old from Huelva, Pavón Pereira has been sentenced to 41 years in prison for the premeditated, aggravated murder of two people in Granada. He has an athletic build, stands 1.65 m tall, and has dark hair, fair skin, and black eyes.

Ionut Ramon Raducan – ‘Florin’

A 33-year-old born in Tecuci, Romania, Raducan has been convicted of human trafficking for purposes of labor and sexual exploitation. One of his documented crimes includes forcing his younger sister and her partner into prostitution in Madrid’s Marconi Industrial Park. He is considered highly dangerous and is described as athletic, 1.72 m tall, with brown hair and fair skin.

Julio Herrera Nieto

A 56-year-old from Sancti-Spíritus (Salamanca), Herrera Nieto is wanted for drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons, and money laundering. He is allegedly associated with a criminal group responsible for distributing heroin and cocaine to low-level dealers in and around Plasencia. He is 1.73 m tall, athletic, bald, and has light-colored eyes.

Sergio Jesús Mora Carrasco – ‘Yeyo’

A 48-year-old from Huelva, he is considered one of Europe’s most prominent drug traffickers. Investigators say he specializes in transporting hashish by sea using high-speed vessels. He is obese, 1.72 m tall, with fair skin, brown eyes, and dark hair.
