Nearly 100 university, master’s, and vocational training students benefited from these grants in the 2023/24 academic year.
The Benejúzar Town Hall has allocated €40,000 to assist local students who study outside the municipality.
Councilor for Education, Patricia Rodes, stated that 98 students received support in the last academic year, with an increase in funding compared to the previous year’s €35,000. The expansion of the grants to include master’s students led to a rise in applications.
Additionally, a separate municipal grant for advanced music studies was available, though it received only one application.
The new calls for the 2024/25 academic year will be announced soon through official channels.
