A MEGA MARATHON IN DECEMBER…. after an amazingly successful year of performing concerts at many venues and raising over €1000 for various charities, Melody Makers Singing Group Quesada, will definitely not be sitting back and resting over the Christmas period. December is definitely going to be a marathon of Concerts for the group in the run up to Christmas.
They have over 10 concerts lined up in December and several booked for January, so popular are the singing group that they have even had to sadly turn down invitations to perform at events as they hadn’t enough days in the month to fit all the offers in.
The groups popularity and fame is growing, so much so that even though they were only formed 2 years ago, all their hard work and dedication has paid off and as well as being invited to sing at many charity Christmas Events this year they will also be performing on Saturday 30th November at 7pm a Carol Concert at the Salt Church in Los Montesinos, where they will take to the stage with the Costa Blanca International Concert Band.
The Melody Makers Singing Groups final event of the Christmas season is at the very prestigious event Carols in the Square in Torrevieja, on Friday 13th at 6pm. It will be the groups first appearance at the event and they are honoured to be asked to take to the stage to sing as they are the only English choir to be invited to this year’s event.
With all these musical events ahead the singing group are currently working very hard with rehearsals to make sure their performances are up to their usual high standards.
