A group of students and two teachers from the Los Alcores Secondary School of San Miguel de Salinas travelled to Poland last week where they visited the Polish school Podstawowa, in the district of Bemowo (Warsaw). The visit was reciprocating that made by Polish students to San Miguel last year.
Two teachers and twelve 4th year ESO students travelled to Poland where they were able to enjoy the hospitality of their hosts, as well as the beauty of the capital of Poland, in addition to carrying out activities prepared by the Polish teachers.
The Spanish students were also hosted by the governors of the Bemowo district and visited many of the most emblematic areas of the city as well as in the historic centre of Warsaw.
Thanks to the Erasmus program, which establishes common ties between Europeans, the students from IES Los Alcores were able to enjoy a week of both education and culture, returning “with memories of a magnificent trip, during which they met and made strong ties with the people of Poland, as well as visiting an incredible city, which they will always remember.
