The Youth Department of Orihuela, led by Councillor Anabel García, will hold its first-ever New Year’s Eve Party on December 31 at Glorieta Gabriel Miró. Open to residents aged 16 and over,  the free event is expected to accommodate up to 500 attendees, providing a vibrant space to welcome 2025.

The celebration begins with a “tardeo” from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring a disco and a live concert. The main New Year’s Eve party starts at 11:00 PM and continues until 6:00 AM, with Christmas-themed decorations enhancing the festive atmosphere.

Highlights include the involvement of Orihuela’s 2025 ambassadors, Francisco Javier López and Vicente Calderón, who will manage event bars to raise funds for their comparsas. Early arrivals will receive gifts like traditional New Year’s Eve props, cotillions, and grapes for the countdown.

Additional attractions include a photo booth and a 360 platform for immersive video recordings, offering attendees a chance to capture memorable moments.

Councillor García invited all residents to join the celebration, emphasizing the event as a community space to bid farewell to the year and embrace the new one together.
