At the fourth edition of the Joves Amb Valors gala, Santa Pola Council recognised nine young people who stand out in fields such as culture, entrepreneurship, academic performance, sport, science, and technology.
The fourth edition of Joves Amb Valors is a competition through which the Youth Department of the Santa Pola Council recognises the work of young people from the town who stand out in different fields. There are nine awards to girls and boys between 17 and 34 years old, issued by a jury made up of teachers from the Santa Pola and Cap de L’Aljub institutes, the municipal departments of Sports, Culture and Santa Pola Emprende.
The event featured a performance by the dance group Xperience, a group of young people from Santa Pola trained at the Fem Dansa school and who have won numerous national and international awards.
Mayor Loreto Serrano and Councillor for Youth, Joaquín Lozano, handed out awards throughout the gala, starting with those in the cultural field and continuing with those for young entrepreneurs, best academic performance, sports and science and technology.
