To accommodate the expected increase in visitors during the Easter holiday, the Councillor the Orihuela Costa has announced enhanced services across all beaches. From April 12 to 21, beach facilities will be fully operational daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
During this period, all 11 beaches along the Orihuela coastline will be staffed with lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers and beachgoers. Public restrooms will also remain open throughout the day to improve comfort and hygiene.
As part of the special Easter plan, access walkways have been reinforced to facilitate easier movement, especially for individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility.
In terms of hospitality, several beach bars will be open to the public, including those on the following beaches:
Mil Palmeras
La Glea
La Caleta
Cala Capitán
Bosque
Cala Cerrada
These measures are designed to ensure a safe, accessible, and high-quality beach experience for both residents and tourists visiting Orihuela Costa during the holiday.
