Pablo Samper, candidate for mayor of Sueña Torrevieja, points out that “alerted by beneficiaries of aid to the elderly, we have detected errors in the documents in the electronic headquarters that can make the applications submitted null, so we have contacted the corresponding councils to correct these deficiencies as soon as possible”.
Specifically, when accessing the electronic office, there are practically identical annexes VII and VIII, referring to a representation authorisation.
However, says Samper, “annex VII as indicated by the Mayor in his Edict on page 8, section J, refers to the Certificate of Account Ownership, which does not coincide with the attached annex, so it is possible that many applications are being submitted erroneously for reasons beyond the control of the presenters, and could therefore cause serious prejudice if such applications were rejected.”
Samper concludes by stating that “from Sueña Torrevieja we have always been working with a constructive spirit, so we hope that this error is corrected as soon as possible and that the deadline for correction is extended to those applicants who due to an error of the City Council have not been able to request the aid correctly”.
