Torrevieja Emergencies announced the local police surveillance boat reported a suspicious bundle washed up on the shoreline that lead to 22 packages of hashish being discovered.
The incident occurred in the rocky area of spigon of the Dique De Levante by the Marina Deportivo.
With the aid of the Operational Reinforcement Group (GRO) supported by a dog handler the hashish was handed in to the Civil Guard.
