The new Head of the Provincial Command of the Civil Guard of Alicante, Colonel José Hernández Mosquera, paid a courtesy call on the mayor of Torrevieja on Thursday where the two discussed matters of security in the province.
Following the discussions Snr Dolón presented Colonel José with a salt boat, which he described as a symbol of Torrevieja craftsmanship. The new chief then toured the facilities of the Civil Guard Barracks in the town.
