Torrevieja City Council has awarded a two-year contract, with an option for two additional years, to Atende for the provision of Home Help Services (SAD). The contract is valued at €881,473 annually, totalling €3,525,892 over the potential four-year period.
SAD offers essential domestic, personal, and educational support to individuals and families within their homes. The service aims to enhance independence and integration into the community by providing temporary, multi-purpose care that complements other social services.
Currently, over 100 residents of Torrevieja benefit from SAD. Eligibility for the service is determined by individual and family circumstances or conditions that necessitate special care. The service is accessible to both municipal and regional concession recipients, ensuring that those in need receive the support they require.
