Pilar de la Horadada Council has put out to tender the bar in Parque 30 de Julio next to the health centre and the bar in Río Seco in Pinar de Campoverde.
Interested parties may submit their bids for the management and operation of the bar-cafeteria-restaurant located in the ‘Parque 30 de Julio’ for the next eight years, by 18 December 2024.
It comes with a minimum fee of 300 euros per month which can be improved by bidders when they submit their proposals. The premises have a surface area of 250 square metres, and another 250 square metres of open-air terrace next to the municipal park.
Potential bidders have until 23 December to submit proposals for the management and operation of the bar-cafeteria-restaurant, swimming pool and sports courts located in Pinar de Campoverde, in the Río Seco area, for a total period of five years.
Here, the minimum fee is 530 euros per month, which may be increased. The site has a total built area of 290.50 square metres plus two outdoor terraces with views of the mountain. There is a 294 m² swimming pool and a small 40 m² pool, as well as four tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch, a basketball court and changing rooms with toilets.
