A man lost part of an ear in the early hours of Sunday morning during a fight on Avenida Balsicas, in San Javier. The local police, after searching the area, managed to find the piece of cartilage, which accompanied the individual to the Los Arcos hospital.
This incident occurred on Sunday morning, around 3.40 am, when the San Javier Local Police were notified that a fight was taking place in front of the González building. Witnesses reported that they had even heard gunshots.
On arriving at the area, the officers found the man, who was bleeding from his right ear which he had lost a piece of. According to police sources, the officers searched the area, locating the piece in the area where they said the argument had taken place.
The victim reported that two men had hit him and one of them had bitten his ear, they then went to a nearby pub. The victim described his attacker as a Caucasian man, bald and with tattoos.
While one unit was attending to the injured man, another patrol approached the bar, but found no one who matched the description. There, the local police were alerted by witnesses who claimed to have seen the victim threatening another person with a wrench.
The other man, they explained, snatched the tool from him, hitting him and causing him to lose part of his ear. After that, according to these witnesses, the victim bit him on his hand, before running off.
