CRISTINA and Lukitas have been named as the club Player’s Of The Year by SC Torrevieja CF following the club’s success in the 2022-23 season.
Lukitas played a part in SC Torrevieja CF finishing as champions of the Valencia 1st Regional G8, with Cristina starring in the Femenino campaign.
“Their consistency has led them to being named the MVP’s of the year. They have won the awards, because they have excelled week after week and because they have had the fans support. Both are also homegrown players,” said a spokesperson from the club.
Exit of Juanma, Torry Reserve Team Coach
SC Torrevieja CF reserve team coach Juanma has left the club by mutual agreement following their mid table finish in the Valencia 2nd Regional G16.
“The first season in which the club has operated a reserve team has come to an end, and Juanma, having fulfilled the objectives that were set for him, has said goodbye.
“Thank you for bonding the squad together, who for the most part didn’t even know each other. They have now become a team,” said a club statement.
Kevin Parra Ramirez said: “A great person, and a good coach. I learned a lot from Juanma.
“You were the one who gave me the opportunity to enjoy this sport. I wish you much success in the future.”
