Benejúzar will once again host the National Congress of Cofrade Music Manuel Sala Sánchez this Sunday, March 2, organized by the San Juan Evangelista Cornet and Drum Band. The event will take place at the covered sports court in Zona Octava, featuring seven top bands from across Spain, including Madrid, Granada, and Almería.

The day will begin at 10:30 AM with a welcome ceremony at Plaza de España, followed by a parade at 12:00 PM leading to the event venue. Bands performing include:

Cristo de Los Necesitados (Aldaia)

La Flagelación (Guardamar del Segura)

Las Tres Caídas (Madrid)

Nuestra Señora del Mar (Almería)

El Despojado (Granada)

Centro Artístico Unión Musical (Benejúzar)

San Juan Evangelista (Benejúzar – host band)

The congress, highlighted at FITUR 2025, is supported by Benejúzar’s City Council, the Department of Culture, the Alicante Provincial Government, and Costa Blanca Tourism.
