Zenia Boulevard, managed by Nhood, invites everyone to experience a magical Christmas filled with activities for all ages. From creative workshops to charity initiatives and unique shows, the shopping centre is the place to be this festive season.
Santa’s Village and Father Christmas House
This year, Zenia Boulevard opens the Father Christmas Village, in collaboration with Orihuela Costa Town Hall, located at the gateway to the Mar Menor. Children can enjoy sweet workshops, write letters to Father Christmas, create presents, and meet Father Christmas himself. This magical space is available from December 1 to January 5.
Additionally, the traditional Father Christmas House, decorated in collaboration with Leroy Merlin, will be open until December 24 for Club Zenia Kids to hand in their letters and meet Father Christmas. From December 26 to January 5, the Three Wise Men will take over this space.
Nickelodeon Meet & Greet
Over the December long weekend, children can meet their favourite Nickelodeon characters. On December 6, Chase and Skye from Paw Patrol will be present, followed by SpongeBob SquarePants on December 7, and Dora and Boots from Dora the Explorer on December 8. The characters will be available in two shifts: 12:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00.
Christmas Music and Shows
Christmas music will fill the air with performances from Kings College Murcia and Colegio Limonar de Orihuela Costa. On December 14, “El Soldadito de Plomo” in musical format will convey values of friendship and acceptance. Zimbo’s Fest on December 28 will celebrate April Fools’ Day with musical theatre and children’s activities. Free workshops from December 26 to January 4 will keep children entertained during the holidays.
Solidarity Initiatives
Solidarity will shine brightly this Christmas. From December 1 to January 5, the Solidarity Train will collect new books in Spanish for CEIP 14 in Torrevieja’s library. Donors will receive handmade bookmarks as tokens of appreciation. On December 8, Santa’s Walk, organized with the Pink Ladies Cancer Support Group, will host a 5-kilometre charity walk along Zenia Boulevard, collecting non-perishable food and hygiene products for those in need.
Father Christmas Parade
On December 20, the Father Christmas Parade will bring music, parades, and spectacular floats to the streets of Orihuela Costa, concluding at Zenia Boulevard with roscón and chocolate for attendees.
Exclusive Employee Event
Finally, Zenia Boulevard will host an exclusive event for the children of the centre’s employees, featuring photos, churros, and chocolate. This initiative honours the commitment of the staff who contribute to the centre’s success.
