The Orihuela Council has published a public participation survey into the Special Plan for the Agri-Food Industry and Renewable Energy Business Park. “The objective is to ensure that the new business park is developed in a way that preserves and values the landscape of Orihuela, promoting economical and environmentally sustainable growth,” the Council says.
They point out that the possible visual impacts of the project have been assessed from key observation points in order to mitigate any negative effects on the landscape and propose solutions adapted to the environment.
The landscape study survey must be subject to a mandatory public exposure process of 20 working days, allowing members of the public, and interested associations, to express their opinions, observations or suggestions.
