The celebrations that were planned in Orihuela, and on the Coast, for Halloween last week, postponed because of the tragedy in the Valencian Province, will now be held on Saturday 9th.
On the Costa, however, traders in La Florida, where the parade is to be held, told the council that no longer makes sense to hold it next week. The proposed that the budget for a parade be used, but with another theme, prior to Christmas, something that the Council ruled out because the specific award is for Halloween.
Thus, on the 9th, attendees will be able to enjoy crafts, slime and painters, as well as inflatable attractions, in the Gabriel Miró Glorieta, and from 20:00 hours there will be a parade that will begin in the Glorieta, with batucadas, dance groups and any children who want to join.
There will also be a Halloween train that will leave from Duque de Tamamés – Gabriel Miró Avenue, which will be operational from 5:00 p.m., and will travel around the streets of the city the same time, the program on the coast will be held in the streets Scorpion and Libra, although in the contract documents the programming focused on the public parking area of the shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard.
The activities will begin at 6:00 p.m., with craft workshops, slime and painters, culminating in a themed parade at 20:00 hours. This parade, will travel around calle Scorpion, starting in Capricorn and ending in Aries (Florida), and will include, as in Orihuela city, batucadas and dance groups, which children are invited to join.
