Alicante police have been checking passengers at the bus station this week, resulting in Local Police Dog Kata sniffing out bad guys, and human officers using their skills to assist.
Frequent checks are carried out by police dogs, and their human companions, on buses at Alicante Bus Station, and on this occasion, Kata detected a stash of 5.5 kilos of drugs in the form of cannabis gummies.
The human Police arrested a young German passenger at the bus station on the Algeciras-Barcelona line with hashish and marijuana in different presentations, most of them in single-dose sachets ready for sale.
Worthy of the credit, Kata was given the spotlight to showcase the stash.
