During September 2025, the Traffic Division of the Civil Guard in the Valencian Community brought 211 drivers before the courts as alleged perpetrators of road safety offenses.
During September 2025, the Traffic Division of the Civil Guard in the Valencian Community brought 211 drivers before the courts as alleged perpetrators of road safety offenses.

October 14, 2025. – During September 2025, the Traffic Division of the Civil Guard in the Valencian Community brought 211 drivers before the courts as alleged perpetrators of road safety offenses.

Of these:

  • 102 were charged for driving without a valid license or permit (including 40 for total loss of points, 16 for temporary judicial suspension, and 46 for never having obtained a license),
  • 95 for driving under the influence of alcohol,
  • 10 for reckless driving,
  • 1 for speeding,
  • 1 for leaving the scene of an accident, and
  • 2 for driving under the influence of drugs.

By province:

  • In Valencia, actions were taken against 47 drivers for lacking a license or permit, 38 for driving under the influence of alcohol, 1 for speeding, 1 for driving under the influence of drugs, 1 for leaving the scene of an accident, and 4 for reckless driving.
  • In Castellón, 17 drivers were charged for lacking a license or permit, 19 for driving under the influence of alcohol, and 1 for reckless driving.
  • In Alicante, 38 drivers were prosecuted for lacking a license or permit, 38 for driving under the influence of alcohol, 1 for driving under the influence of drugs, and 5 for reckless driving.
