The Councillor for Employment, Víctor Valverde, and the Councillor for Education, Vicente Pina, have announced a series of in-person and virtual digital skills courses that will take place in Orihuela throughout March. They were joined by Begoña Molina, a training specialist from Adecco, to present the initiative.
In-Person Courses
Two in-person courses will be offered at the Education Department’s training room in the Poeta del Pueblo building (c/ Ruiz Capdepón, 7, 3rd floor):
“Your Daily Life from Your Mobile” – A practical course on using mobile technology efficiently, held on March 10, 12, 17, 24, and 26 (Mondays and Wednesdays) from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
“Improve Your Employability” – Aimed at enhancing job-seeking skills, scheduled for March 11, 13, 18, 20, and 25 (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Virtual Courses
Two online courses will also be available:
“Artificial Intelligence”
“Community Manager Principles”
These courses will be offered at two different time slots:
Morning sessions: Tuesday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Evening sessions: Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Course dates will be communicated to participants once registration is complete.

Councillors Valverde and Pina emphasized that these courses offer a valuable opportunity to acquire digital skills and expand participants’ knowledge. They encourage the residents of Orihuela to take advantage of these free training programs.
