This season (2017-2108) saw Quesada Diamonds play in the Levante Lawn Bowling, South Alicante Winter Triples League in the Discovery Division. Diamonds gained promotion as champions from the Voyager Division last year (2016-2017), then finished a very credible second, thus securing promotion for the second year running to the Enterprise Division.
The Discovery Division was won by San Luis Trekkers who had 154 points, followed in second place by Quesada Diamonds on 146 points. Third place went to Greenlands Maples on 127 points.
A celebration end of season meal was held directly after the Diamonds final match at a local restaurant La Pura Vida. A great time was had by all, and the Diamonds are now looking forward to playing in the top division next year.
